30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Eligible Orders Only
If you're not satisfied with your SonaSleep™ purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no return required. You do not need to ship the product back.
Important: This guarantee applies to full-price, non-discounted purchases only. Discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. If you purchased at a discounted or promotional price, that purchase is not covered by this policy.
Final Sale Items
All discounted, sale, or promotional purchases are final sale. These orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of a confirmed defect (see below).
How to Request a Refund (Eligible Orders)
To initiate a refund on an eligible order, contact us at sonasleepsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We'll verify eligibility and handle everything from there.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product — regardless of whether it was purchased at a discount — please contact us immediately at sonasleepsupport@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
